Registration is closed.

Registration and paiement for the conference « Forest ecosystems, living forests » have to be made via the platform CNRS Azur Colloque:  https://www.azur-colloque.fr/IRSTEA/inscription/preinscription/26

Registration only requires 2 steps: a preinscription for control that will be validated by e-mail reception, then the paiement only by credit card has to be imperatively finalized during this second connection. Registration deadline is fixed to March, 15^th 2019 midnight (french hour). In case of disclaimer before March 15^th 2019 midnight (french hour), registration fees will be entirely reimbursed. After this deadline, you will not be reimbursed at all. 

Guests: Registration paiement for Irstea agents will be done via internal transfer. So you have to choose among options 9, 10, 11 or 12 within the "guest" category for both registration and conference dinner supplement. Students from INSA Centre Val de Loire are invited to take part in the conference but will be autonomous regarding lunch. Their participation to the conference dinner is optional but at their own expenses : supplement "dinner (standard, reduced)".

Image right: Please note that by registering to the conference « Forest ecosystems, living forests », you allow the organizing committee to use pictures of you taken during the conference for its promotion. We also foresee a video recording gathering all the oral presentations. In case of refusal, please advise the organizing committee before the conference, when you retrieve your badge.

Invoice: If you need an invoice at a different name than yours, please indicate it when requested during your online registration process to the conference (as no changes will be possible later on).

Registration fees  

Registration fees include access to the two conference days, coffee breaks, lunchs of 26 and 27 March, participation to one of the three proposed animations. The different proposed options combine one of the three categories (Standard, Reduced, Guest) and one of the three proposed animations: animation1 free visit of the Castle ; animation2 pedestrian visit of the experimental design soil-ungulates, and animation3 walking the « Grande Promenade – Great Walk ».

A 25€ supplement is requested to attend the conference dinner March 26^th evening. The category "Guest" has to select the supplement "dinner (guest)" to take part in it. 

A 4*4 visit of the Huning and Wildlife Sanctuary is possible for a maximum of 24 persons in 8-people groups, March, Monday 25^th at 4 pm. Please warn us if you are interested at livingforests@gmail.com as soon as possible.
